2003 16.1hh Registered Canadian Warmblood Mare. By the Hanoverian Stallion Provider (Perpignon x Annabell) and out of the Trakehner mare Evite-Esperenca (Adrian x Euphrates).

We are delighted to offer such a trainable and pleasant mare for sale. Elissa is currently in professional training with Aletia Townsend and Allison Faso in Canton, Georgia. As a dressage horse, Elissa is as easy as they come to ride. She is easy to keep on the bit, in all three paces. All her lateral work- Travers, Renvers, Shoulder-in and Half-pass are confirmed and easy to perform. She has a lovely canter and easily performs counter canter and flying changes. Working on 4 and 3 tempi changes. She is a pleasure to ride- no nerves or sensitivities whatsoever that disturb the ride. She knows her work and enjoys it. She feels more like an older horse when you ride her.

Elissa has excellent barn manners, no vices, or problems. She is happily turned out in a group or by herself. She hacks out in company or alone. She has foxhunted and participated in a hunter pace. Elissa has extensive experience away from home. We have shown her in young horse jumper classes, local schooling shows, and provincial level dressage in Canada. Her first dressage show out at 1st level- She won! She finds it very interesting to be at a new venue and gets down to work very fast. She is a very easy horse to trailer and happily will wait on the trailer.

Elissa is registered with the Canadian Warmblood Association and has just completed her mare inspection. She received Premium status gaining a 9 for her head and a 9 for Sex type and Breedability! Wow! This lovely young horse is very suitable for a lady or junior rider. She has talent for the pros and the mind and training for an ambitious Amateur.
