HorsesDaily® HorseMarket Presents Up for Stud; Noble Champion
Noble Champion’s performance record is unmatched. With 17 Grand Prix wins in Europe and 80 placings at the S level, Noble Champion is truly a show jumping master. In 1998 he was awarded the Oldenburg Showjumper Stallion of the Year. Now retired from the jumping ring, he will be attending Dressage at Devon in the Mature Stallion Division.
Noble Champion is the sire of Noble Savage, who is shown by World Cup Champion Marcus Ehning, and Noble Dancer, a licensed Oldenburg stallion.
He is a premium licensed Oldenburg stallion and completed his 100-day test in Germany. He was licensed by the Hanoverian Verband of Germany as a one of their first jumping improvement stallions. In addition to his great jumping talent, he also has excellent, powerful, suspended movement. He is currently licensed in the US with the German Old Verband, RPSI, and the ISR/Old NA.
Noble Champion is a unique horse in that he was successful in the indoor classes as well as on the Derby Field. He has shown himself to have stamina and scope and at the same time be able to rock back and turn on a dime. He crosses well with Thoroughbred and light framed warmblood mares and he provides them with suspension, movement and substance. He is powerfully influenced by his mother line and is true to his Furioso blood. He has produced numerous premium foals with the ISR/Old NA
