Pik L is dark bay Hanoverian stallion by Pik Bube II x Abajo xx x Lombard. He is the only licensed son of Celle’s Pik Bube II.
With Dr. Cesar Parra, Pik L was a dominating force in the small tour, winning dozens of Prix St. Georges and Intermediaire classes at the country’s most prestigious shows. In 2003 and 2004, Pik L won five out of six classes at Dressage at Devon, including a 74.583% in the Intermediaire I freestyle in 2004. The pair also placed fourth in the 2003 Pan American Games and fourth in the Intermediaire freestyle at CHIO Aachen in 2004. He was also the 2003 USDF Intermediaire I Horse of the Year.
In 2005, Pik L showcased his incredible temperament when he was on the gold medal winning team and first place individually at the USDF Junior Team Championships with Noel Williams, with the highest score ever in the Juniors at Devon.
Pik L is a class I stallion who completed his 100-day Test in Germany. He is currently licensed with the AHS, RPSI and the ISR/Old NA.
Pik L is an exceptional choice to refine larger mares. Pik L produces foals with easy temperaments that become horses with great rideability. With the blood of Pik Koening, he also produces the ability to jump. His daughter Pikachu has had great success in the hunter ring. Our homebred Pikko del Cerro by Pik L won the 2-year-old Stallion Class at Devon in 2005 with a score of 90% for his dressage ability. His son Paradise Valley sold for 180,000 Euros in the 2003 PSI Auction in Germany after qualifying for the Bundeschampionat. Contact: Horses Unlimited Related
