JoAnne Mintz and Koriedon Victorious in the Prix St Georges

The afternoon session of the Prix St Georges, listed as class 5B, was won by Canadian JoAnne Mintz aboard Koriedon. Scoring a very decent 65.333%, Mintz fended off second ranked Theresa Siess and Grande Celeste, who rode a 64.167% test. Koriedon, a 10 year old chestnut gelding by Pion, ran a powerful test showing great tact, good engagement and a constant bit contact.

Theresa Siess and her elegant Grande Celeste, an 8-year old Oldenburg by Grande Saber, was very lightfeeted and happy in doing her upper level FEI exercises. In third position ended Harry Diel aboard his well muscled Wanderin Star. The Hanoverian gelding is by Wanderbusch out of an Espri dam and showed great potential and talent for the Grand Prix.

The high point championship, however, went to the morning session winners, Jan Brons and Josien. The dynamic duo scored 67.000%.
