Postpones Colorado National-Level Trainers Conference
March 28, 2003 - The National Level Trainers Conference scheduled for May 3-4 at High Prairie Farms in Parker, CO, has been postponed. The conference slated for Morven Park in Leesburg, VA, April 29-30, will continue as scheduled. USDF Executive Director Stephan Hienzsch said, "Current political and economic conditions in the United States have dramatically affected Americans' willingness to participate in events that require air travel. The success of the Colorado event is much more dependent on air travel than the Virginia event, which has a relatively large dressage population within driving distance. The USDF Executive Board feels this is a fiscally responsible approach and keeps the door open for a more appropriate event in the west in the future." Applications are still being accepted for the Virginia conference.
