Markel/Cornerstone High Point Winner Series at DG Bar Ranch 2007

Holly Perry and Wellissima

Amateur rider Holly Perry of Orangevale, Calif. also has a new horse this year. She and her 6 year old Hanoverian mare Wellissima (Weltruhm – Walhalla) scored 72.143% in second level test 4 to win the Markel High Point amateur cooler. Holly imported Wellissima from Germany in January. DG Bar was their fourth show together, and first big show.

“She’s very relaxed and loves to show,” said Perry. “We just really clicked on at DG Bar.”

Perry is a working student with trainer Gina Duran in Pleasanton, Calif.
