Just two weeks before traveling to Kentucky the pair won the Beaulieu Classic CIC*** in Georgia, galloping away easily with the win over Mark Phillips' cross-country course. She also placed fourth in the Advanced division on Royal Venture, an Australian horse that she was competing for only the third time. Royal Venture came to Kentucky too, but because she is less familiar with him and she was scheduled to ride after conditions deteriorated on Saturday, she scratched him from the competition. "I might take him to Blenheim or Punchestown instead," she said.

Now it's time for Vinoski to start practicing her Spanish! After their win, it's a sure bet that she and Dan will be heading to Spain for the World Equestrian Games in Jerez. "I've been part of team preps twice before and didn't get to compete," she said. "From now until we go to Europe, I just want to keep him sound."
