Scott and Susanne Hassler See Serious Changes in the Horses' Health Using the Mushroom Matrix

Young horse trainers Scott and Susanne Hassler have discovered another benefit of the Mushroom Matrix – allergy protection. The husband and wife team own and operate Hassler Dressage in Maryland, where they have been trying out the Mushroom Matrix on some of the horses in training with them, including a young stallion with an allergy problem.

“I witnessed some serious, and I mean serious, changes when I put this stallion on the Mushroom Matrix,” Susanne Hassler said. “He happens to be quite allergic. He has a lot of sensitivities and this product has really minimized things for him. He’s become far more comfortable in his whole being, not as itchy, not as unsettled by the sort of anxiousness we see with allergies as a whole.”

Susanne Hassler is responsible for the training and care of the allergic young stallion and hence, her husband said he didn’t know when or if the horse was being fed the Matrix. However, he could certainly see differences in the horse and learned later that the differences he saw coincided with times when the horse was on or off the Mushroom Matrix.

“With this particular horse I said to Susanne one day, ‘He’s much less settled.’ And she said, ‘I ran out of the Mushroom Matrix.’ So I saw the difference not even knowing that he was out of it. So, I really think the Matrix makes a difference, I really do. I think it’s too new for us to say how many horses it can help, but so far, we’re impressed by the product,” he said.

Allergies occur when a person or animal’s immune system has a negative reaction to a substance. These substances can be found in any number of things – food, medications, in the air or water. A healthier, more balanced physiologic and immune system may be less likely to have negative reactions and here’s where the Mushroom Matrix can help, said Dr. Hausman. “The best bet for keeping the body, and especially the immune system, strong and in balance is good nutrition and this is the role of the Mushroom Matrix. Moreover, the physiologically active antioxidant and anti-inflammatory substances within the Matrix will prevent the animal from responding to toxic substances around, such as bad hay and air pollutants such as dust, pesticides on the farm and even from the stress of competition.”

At the Hassler farm, the horses aren’t the only ones eating the Mushroom Matrix. “We use it as well,” Susanne Hassler said. “And it works great. We don’t get as many colds and we don’t feel as run down. There have been times when Scott will be a bit drained and he’ll say, ‘Oh, I need my mushrooms today.’ When we take it, we feel more right on. So, I eat my Mushroom Matrix. I really believe in it. Whatever is the driving force, whether it’s the antioxidants or other nutrients we don’t have access to, it’s a fantastic product.”
