Hope all is going well and everyone's show year is off to a great start! Our two new co-chairs of the USDF Technical Delegates Council, Elisabeth Hellman-Williams and Veronica Holt, already have begun to formulate great plans for the rule clarifications as well as for Technical Delegate education. For those of you who could not attend the AHSA TD license renewal program in Savannah, it was one of the best yet.

Sherry Frank from AHSA, now past Director of Licensed Official department, has accepted the newly created post of Assistant Secretary General of the AHSA, effective early February. Sherry along with our forum moderators Elisabeth Hellman-Williams and Lisa Gorretta did an outstanding job.

Special AHSA guest speaker was Alison Thompson Director of the Rules Compliance was on hand to give examples of how AHSA handles actual charges. Ms Thompson who has a strong background as a paralegal was very articulate in explaining the protocol and procedures of filing charges and how AHSA might handle certain situations, making it less formidable for the discerning TD.

Request For Information:
In a brief conversation with Veronica Holt (pictured) this morning, via Instant Message, Veronica along with Elizabeth and Janine Malone are already at work on submitting ideas for a change in the TD reporting forms. Now is the time to get those ideas in for improved TD reports forms. Give it some thought and submit your ideas to Veronic, now is the time to voice our opinions. Please, for the Technical Delegates not Online, forward this message onto them as well, perhaps through your GMO newsletter or snail mail directly. This is greatly appreciated. All input should be e-mailed or snail mailed directly to Veronica.
