| USET Appoints Gary D. Jaworski As Chief Development Officer
Gladstone, New Jersey-May 15, 2001-The United States Equestrian Team (USET) has announced the appointment of Gary D. Jaworski as Chief Development Officer. Mr. Jaworski, who resides in Madison, NJ, has an extensive background in fundraising. Prior to joining the USET, he was the Director of Major and Planned Gifts for the Morristown Memorial Health Foundation in Morristown, NJ where he assisted in raising $28.9 million in the highly successful "Campaign for Children." He also served as the Assistant Secretary on the Morristown Memorial Health Foundation Board of Trustees. Additionally, he has served as the Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ where he was also the Chairman of the Department of Social Sciences and History. Mr. Jaworski holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the New School for Social Research in New York, NY and a BA in Sociology from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. "We are thrilled that Gary is working for the Team, as he has such an exemplary record in raising funds for non-profit organizations," commented USET Executive Director Robert Standish. "We are confident he will provide the guidance the Team needs as we move into our next chaper."
