To promote new membership for 2007, the association has initiated an NRCHA Membership Drive, Join the NRCHA To Win! Through a sponsorship compliments of Howard and Dana Erenberg, there will be cash awards to some lucky first time members and to a current NRCHA Member, as well.

The creation of the membership drive was a joint effort between Carol Rose, NRCHA Sponsor Committee Chairman, and Jake Gorrell, Chairman of the NRCHA’s new Marketing Committee.

The NRCHA announced in August the details of Join the NRCHA to Win! Rose explained, “Every first-time member who joins will be eligible for a drawing and there will be two winners. The first name drawn will receive $350, second will receive $150.”

Current members can win, as well. New on the NRCHA Membership form is a space for “referral” to name who convinced the new member to join the NRCHA. The person who is listed the most times as the referral on new 2007 membership applications through August 31, 2007 will win $500.

Howard Erenberg, former President and current NRCHA Treasurer, noted, “We want to promote the growth of the membership and thought this would be a fun way to do so.”
