Aboard Valentine, Fleischhacker survived the largest starting field in the history of the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Amateur-Owner series and then went on to beat a jump-off field of ten for the hard fought victory. Fleischhacker’s jump-off ride on Valentine was amazing as she flew through the finish line in 41.921 seconds for her first win ever in the Hall of Fame series. Louis Jacobs and Caucalis, winners just a week ago, could only come within 7/10ths of a second. Jacobs finished second in 42.656 seconds. “She was fast. She was good,” said Fleischhacker. “She jumped beautifully, and her turns were amazing. When she goes in the ring, she wins. She’s all about business. It was really big and very difficult today,” she added. “The lines were on half strides, and the triple combination was in a very difficult spot. It was not easy at all today.” Results of Class 1025H $10,000 SJHOF Amateur-Owner Classic- Table II, Sec 2 (a,) Time First Jump-off. KILKENNY/ICH INTERNATIONALE CSI 3* - 2/11/06
