Diana De Rosa - Olympic Correspondant
A language major in college, De Rosa went on to run a riding school, then started an equine magazine called Horse World USA for which she was editor for 13 years. She now owns her own PR firm called Press Link. A long time member of The International Alliance of Equestrian Journalists, De Rosa covered the Olympic Games in 1988 Seoul, Korea, 1992 in Barcelona (for USA Today), and 1996 in Atlanta. Even with her longtime association as a credentialed Olympic journalist, it was extremely difficult to obtain the necessary credentials for Sydney. With the help of Alan Balch, President of The American Horse Shows Association, De Rosa was once again off to cover her fourth Olympic Games. Whether riding in a showjumping clinic with George Morris, assisting in the press center at the 1996 Atlanta Games, or covering the Hampton Classic on television, De Rosa can focus on the story, and get the job done.
