Freelancing for various publications, she has covered International events around the US, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland, including the European three-day event championships at Luhmuehlen and the CHIO Aachen.

Amber has remained an active horse person and continues to ride whenever possible, schooling her family's two horses as well as show horses and foxhunters near her home in Campobello, SC, or taking lessons and riding vacations in far flung corners of the globe.
