Passion for Freestyle

Within the sport, Ruth has proven her ability to edit, choreograph and ride freestyles with her numerous Freestyle awards, including FEI Freestyle wins at Devon , Regional Championships and on the Florida circuit.  Ruth frequently makes time to indulge her creative side by working on freestyle requests for clients.  Pricing and other information for a custom Freestyle can be reviewed at her website.

The rider will listen and practice to this music day-after-day; the horse should match the tempo and you both should enjoy the tune!  I love to be given the opportunity to find and edit the music to fit the situation!”

In 2003, Pierre St. Jacques rode to a Hogan-Poulsen freestyle in the Pan-American Games. She works with clients at the highest FEI levels as well as with clients working on their first Freestyles in the national levels.

I feel so lucky to have been able to bring my background in music together with my dressage business, and to help other riders with my musical freestyle design business.”

She has a musical background, inheriting from her parents the interest and ability to play several musical instruments. She has taken her home office “hi-tech,” bringing her technical capabilities on par with her creative flair. With a laptop Mac, a desktop PC, software and a few hardware “modifications,” she creates and edits freestyles at her desk. She also maintains a working relationship with CMR Records, a recording studio in Wellington , FL , for large-run orders and other special requests.
